I've tried everything to get get pass this error and I can't figure it out can someone else run the command for me and send me the files for it

If you want help, post the full output from Gradle. I doubt anyone is going to send you the files.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

btw ive already tried increasing the ram

  • Author

yes i also tried adding it through the gradlew file under

DEFAULT_JVM_OPTS="-Xmx2048m"

also i do only have a pc with 2gb of ram which i originally thought was the problem because under task manager i only have about 800mb free but i was able to disable a few tasks/applications and was able to increase it to about 1gb of free ram but that didn't help either

If you only have 2 GB of RAM, you probably can't tell Java to use 2 GB. You can try setting it to slightly smaller values, though you may not be able to do it at all with only 1 GB free.

Mojang's terms and conditions prohibit redistributing Minecraft or its source code, which is what

setupDecompWorkspace

creates.

Not unless you have access to a computer with more than 2 GB of RAM, no.
