[Solved][1.8.9]lag loading chunks custom dimension

Not sure what could cause this but when I enter my custom dimension, the game seems to stall ...takes seemingly forever to enter the dimension (actually a full minute) . . .and the chunks seem to load so slowly that

you cannot hit entities.

Not even sure where to look ...I created a provider class that uses WorldChunkProviderHell but no idea if that is even the place I should be looking

I tried removing snow, entities, and ice from my biome and that did nothing

Edit:  well no sooner than I posted for help here I rewrote #decorate in the biome and created a custom generator and the lag is gone
