[1.10.2] Make it rain

Hello guys!

 

I am quite new to modding in minecraft and is trying to make a mod where i can toggle between rain and clear weather. I have use  setRaining(true) that makes it rain, however the rain stops after 1 second. Is there a way of setting the rain time?

Rather than run the command itself, I recommend looking at the code that the command runs.
