Hey there!

So I'm having a bit of an issue with my IDE, it seems like a lot of lambda / diamond expressions are not allowed.. I've tried changing my project settings to match said language level, but it doesn't seem to solve anything... Thanks!

Try adding this to your

build.gradle

:

sourceCompatibility = targetCompatibility = "1.8"

compileJava {
    sourceCompatibility = targetCompatibility = "1.8"
}

This will tell it to use Java 8 to compile your code.

Either rerun

gradlew eclipse

for Eclipse or refresh your

build.gradle

in IntelliJ to set this in your IDE.

Don't PM me with questions. They will be ignored! Make a thread on the appropriate board for support.
