Command Blocks, Custom NPC Mob spawners with custom settings.

Hello, I'am wanting to know if there is a way to make a mob spawner of a clone of an npc using Command blocks with custom settings, such as the mob spawning 128 blocks away from the player instead of the default 16 blocks.

When I typed into the command block and executed the following:

/setblock ~ ~1 ~ minecraft:mob_spawner 0 replace  {EntityId:customnpcs.CustomNpc ,SpawnCount:3,SpawnRange:3,RequiredPlayerRange:128,Delay:-1,MinSpawnDelay:100,MaxSpawnDelay:500,MaxNearbyEntities:8}

It has the default npc  that spawns when you using the "NPC maker wand" in the mob spawner.

But I don't know how to have it create a mob spawner with the clone of an npc.

Can anyone please help?
