"Done loading" error

Loading bar freezes.Do you know what is the problem?I instaled latest Forge for 1.4.6 on clean copy of Minecraft.

I can't find the EAQ in my .minecraft folder and there aren't any logs files.

How I can post my log files if I don't have any in my .minecraft folder(the game/Forge haven't created any)?!And stop screaming.
