Failure to install. (tried about 5 times)

Every single time I try to get forge working with minecraft I always end up with the same error. I am following the install guide 100% and yet the same thing happens.

And I have no other mods installed, This is a fresh install of minecraft.

And did you paid for MC? This could be the problem.

I had the same problem and now i use the magic launcher.

I have the paid for minecraft version. The problem is the download link on the site that says 1.4.6 is the 1.4.7 version of forge. I think that may be the reason.
