Forge doesn't install

I tried to install forge, I used this guide:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1583649-how-to-install-forge-mods/

But when I opened minecraft and forge started to install, it reached from 1% to 100% and said that it couldnt load forge with the current setting, this is the log:
