I was installing mo creatures since it instructs to install forge i downloaded and did everything there guide said to do but after forge says minecraft is being launched it stays on a black screen. I did delete the Meta-inf that was in minecraft.jar before installing forge so the meta-inf in the jar now is from forge.

the problem is it just stays in black screen i always had this issue with forge but i was to fix it i hope someone can help me understand and fix whatever it is i am doing wrong since no one in minecraftforums can help.

 

idk maybe i missed something i looked at the log but i did not see an error so i am hoping a fresh pair of eyes will see whatever it is i missed.

which is the proper launcher? I'm sorry but i do not use launchers other then what came with the game.

if it does not load because i need a third party launcher then i guess i wont be using forge. sorry i just do not trust third party launchers.
