Black screen

I have installed plenty of mods before and i have even used forge before, but every time no matter what i do, when i log in to minecraft, it says "FML is setting up your minecraft environment" for about half a second while remaining at 0%, then continues to a black screen where i am stuck. it seems to me like it is not loading, i have tried following tons of installation guides, each one step by step clearing my .jar file every time and nothing works.

i am using minecraft 1.4.7 and minecraftforge-universal-1.4.7-6.6.0.499

This person has the exact same problem as me, so I'll post the code, I'm anxious to find out why as well, I really want to try out Millenaire. Same thing, Forge installed, Meta-INF deleted, forge shows validating, 0%, and then black screen, no matter how long I let it run at

I've tried closing and restarting and everything, redownloading, restarting computer, doesn't work, though occasionally it gets stuck on the Done Loading screen.
