How to get forge, not forge modloader

I've been trying to download forge (Not forge mod loader) for the past few days to get a certain mod, however after a few hours I gave up. Just now I realised (see screenshot) that it says FML in the corner of the start menu, which I assume stands for Forge Mod Loader. Could someone guide me towards downloading just forge (If it still exists) rather then FML.

    Thanks for letting me know, so when a mod I'm trying to play crashes for no apparent reason during instillation (what it says on the loader screen thingy) it's unrelated?

    Yes, it wouldn't be caused by not having Forge installed.

     

    Post the FML log (logs/fml-client-latest.log in the game directory) using  Gist/Pastebin if you want help with the crash.

    In future, you should post in the Support & Bug Reports section. This thread should be moved there once a moderator comes online.

    Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

    Thank you :) - https://pastebin.com/nqgN4uin I think this is it, had to force shut it in task manager though. Don't know if that'll effect anything.

     

    And ah okay, sorry about that. Very new to the forums
