Sadly i'm not able to install the latest forge version for 1.11.2

It always fails with a message thst some libraries can not be downlaoded.

I alrady tried the method postet here:

But this doesnt change the outcome. 

It stills fails with the exact same message.

 

i have included the log file, if may help.
