Hey, I am having some problems with the decompiling. When I run my decompile bat file it always gets stuck at 56%. I've been waiting for some hours now i believe, and tried many times, but I can't get it working.

This is what it looks like:

This mapping 'snapshot_20151122' was designed for MC 1.8! Use at your own peril.

I've tried two different bat files:

gradlew setupDecompWorkspace
gradlew setupDecompWorkspace
-Xmx8g Xms8g

It's probably starving for memory and swapping. To run that long, it might even be thrashing. See if you can allocate more RAM to the JVM (but if you don't actually have the RAM, then it might blow its stack instead).

Google to find other threads with similar issues.

The debugger is a powerful and necessary tool in any IDE, so learn how to use it. You'll be able to tell us more and get better help here if you investigate your runtime problems in the debugger before posting.

Happens a lot to me, Just use:

gradlew -Dorg.gradle.jvmargs=-Xmx3000m setupDecompWorkspace eclipse

Fixes my issue perfectly, I'm not sure if it's the right way of doing things but it certainly works for me
