Hey guys

I am trying to make a personal modpack for myself. Now, sometimes my inventory would go blank and NotEnoughItems won't show up anymore. Then Minecraft would have a message in the chat that says: OpenGL Error 1283 Stack Overflow. Then sometimes it would get to the point where every mob in the game would flip upside down, even my character would be flipped upside down on top of my inventory being empty and NotEnoughItems not showing up. Also sometimes chunks would not load properly and there would be spikes out of no where.

I searched it on Google and found nothing. There is not a single thread online that has a solution. I was reading around and some believe that Optifine is the problem. Also was reading around and people are saying OpenGL Errors are because of graphics cards, is that the case in my situation?

Thanks guys, I attatched images too so you guys can have an idea of what I am talking about.
