I need help with a mod I tried then FML poped up

So it says Forge Modloader FML for Minecraft 1.4.7 has found a problem with your minecraft installation you have mod sources that are dup licate within your system mod Id:file name

Portalgun1.4.7v2.zip

portal fun: minecraft..jar

any suggestions on how to get back into playingand find these files? I'm at a loss of what to do.. >:(

You installed portalgun twice, once in your jar and once in the mods folder.

Rebuild your jar.

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
