My world will not generate?

For some reason my world is not generating.

 

I install the latest build for forge(tried recommended too) and the world is not generating.

I have also tried multiple versions(1.11.2, 1.10.2, 1.7.10) and the world will not generate on that either.

I tried previous installs, and believe it or not I have done this before, and they have worked in the past. But right now, still not working.

I tried using my hosts(Multiplay) in case it was something to do with my ports etc, but they're having issues generating a world too?

 

I'm either doing something wrong, that I can't work out, or are the forge world generators not working for Minecraft right now?

 

When it comes to the console, when I click it, it appears for a split second and just disappears.

 

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? It's doing my head in

Post the FML log from the client (logs/fml-client-latest.log in the game directory) and the dedicated server (logs/fml-server-latest.log in the server directory) using Gist or Pastebin.

Not sure how to get the client one? Hopefully this will be enough, if not is it possible for you to explain how to get client one?
