Can't seem to download Forge

Old time user, never had to worry about any bugs before that haven't just involved getting a different version of Forge, but it appears I can't even do that now.

 

For reasons unknown, I can't seem to download any versions of Forge.  I can access the Files part of the website, but whenever I click on any of the installation files - Windows Installer, Regular Installer, Universal, you name it, any version I've tried so far - I wind up with the following message:

The webpage at http://adfoc.us/serve/sitelinks/?id=271228&url=http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.12-14.21.1.2387/forge-1.12-14.21.1.2387-installer-win.exe might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

 

ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

Anybody know why this is a problem, or is the site used to download the files from currently undergoing maitenance?  I was hoping on giving some modded Minecraft another go for the first time in a while and this is getting a little ridiculous.  Any help is appreciated, thanks.

      I tried do download the essential mod to my mod pack but i didnt work. I paly on 1.21 and it should work. I use neoforge for my modding. The weird things is my friend somehow added the mod to his modpack and many others that I somehow can´t. Is there anything i can do?

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
