Fatally missing blocks and items

Hi there!

Lately I've downloaded modpack and started hamachi server on forge(1.7.10). I started it but it was crushing so I've removed some mods and now server don't crush, but when me and my friends try to connect there is communicate: Fatally missing blocks and items. How I can repair it? Here is my server folder and .minecraft folder with mods, logs, map and other sh*t  I hope for quick answer :D\
