[1.7.10, *1614] Ores doesn't generate in the Nether and the End

I have the following problem:

My Ores are generated in the Overworld but not in the Nether and in the End

All Modding Tutorials and the WorldGenMinable class says that I just need to use the "WorldGenMineable(ore, veinSize, replaceBlock)" if I want to generate Ore in an other dimension.
