new biomes + dimensions

Hi erverybody out there :D

 

I'm making a mod with new dimensions and want to generate only my own things (no stone, coal, trees and so). I tried to do this with own biomes but there you can only change the top blocks. Also I don't get it how to only generate my own biomes in the new dimension.

I tried nearly everything and googled about it for hours but don't find anything.

Thanks for help  ;)  (and sorry for my bad english I'm german and not so good at languages  :-X)
