Is There A 1.12 Mod for /powertool <any command>

Hi everyone I was wondering if there is a /powertool mod available for 1.12 on forge to use on a Minecraft world not a server. I have been looking everywhere for the /powertool mod but all web results end up at the Bukkit server website and the /powertool you download from there is not compatible with forge.

If there is not a /powertool mod on forge could someone who knows how to make mods please make a /powertool mod that you can use on 1.12 forge.

If anyone is willing to make the mod, the type of /powertool mod I would like is one that this is the command for:    /powertool <any command>

the any command could be //sphere sandstone 10 or /effect or /kill        etc.

I'll try to make something. Since that plugin isn't open-source, I'll have to reinvent everything myself.

EDIT: Appears that it is open-source. However, I just can't read this. And it's licensed with Apache.
