I downloaded it from here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-mods/2696397-tough-as-nails-difficulty-through-realism-seasons

 

It asked me to unzip the file so I just unzipped it to the mods folder in .minecraft
