Posted October 1, 20178 yr So, I just installed the new Technic version of All The Mods 3 (4.0), and it refuses to start. I looked at the console, and saw this line: [B#353] [08:34:06] [main/FATAL] [FML]: There is a binary discrepancy between the expected input class b$1 (b$1) and the actual class. Checksum on disk is 51416ed6, in patch 52fe6ed7. Things are probably about to go very wrong. Did you put something into the jar file? Does this mean the modpack maker messed up somewhere? Will a reinstall fix it? How can I find (and if possible, fix) the issue? Edit: Reinstall didn't work. Especially if the original mod was never open source. •Fact: The more users pester people who make mods to update their mods to a new version of minecraft, the less likely it is that it will be quickly updated. •Fact: The more you comment about it, the more likely you are to be ignored. •Fact: The more recent the last post about updating a mod is, the more annoying yours will be. •Fact: Using all caps does not reverse any of the above effects
October 1, 20178 yr Author OK. I will try removing it and leaving the pack as it would be in a new install If that fails, I will install a different 1.12 pack and use that minecraft.jar Edited October 1, 20178 yr by DaComputerNerd •Fact: Updating a mod to a new version of minecraft takes time.
