Forge 1.7.10 Mac

I am not sure which files I should be downloading for this. I go to the 1.7.10 tab on  the left side of the file menu and then instead of hitting win-installer, I just click installer. Whenever I do this though, I choose the profile on my minecraft and hit start and nothing happens. Minecraft doesn't start at all and the menu just vanishes. I have not touched the forge files at all besides adding some mods. can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

 

Never installed forge before so I am a little lost. Can't find any up to date video tutorials on how to do this.
