I cant launch forge

When I went to play some Minecraft today it was all fine... UNTIL... till later today, When I press the launch button it just does nothing it just says preparing. 

 

I have checked that my Mods are compatible and they are, and they have been for the past 2 months... I do use i mac. and the first time i had forge i did have to download java to run it, but i checked if it needed update which it did and it update but it still is the same

This is happening for me as well. Not sure whats up. However I delete the forge load out I had and went to redownload it but the file.minecraftforge.net isn't loading either.... Not sure whats up
