Special characters and returns in mcmod.info?

Hi,

 

I'm editing my mcmod.info right now, and I was wondering how to : 

 

- Use french specific accented characters ? my file is (accordingly to IDEA) in UTF-8, my game is in French, but accents are displayed as "??".

 

- Introduce returns in the description ? Mine is pretty long and doesn't even fit in the screen :/ 

 

I'm quite new to modding stuff so I'm not familiar with this kind of stuff, haha.
