Low FPS on Forge 1.8.9 & 1.7.10 not using Graphics Card

Ok so if I use any other version of minecraft thats not forge, I would get like around 800-1.5k FPS in a superflat world/singleplayer world I check Task Manager on my 2nd monitor my GPU (GTX 1070) uses around 40%-70%  which is normal. But when i'm using forge my Graphics Card Doesn't even detect the Minecraft as a game and therefor I get 100-200 fps I know its still good but I am getting ripped off 900 fps, the Graphics Card works fine for every other game, and other minecraft versions, I have allocated 6gb of ram -Xmx6G.
PC SPECS:

i5 7600k

GTX 1070
16gb ram

900fps? Are you serious? Anything beyond the refresh rate of your monitor is madness. Enable Vsync and keep the fps locked at (probably) 60fps.

Minecraft as it is does not really use the graphics card very well (forge or not), you are probably only getting that much GPU usage because you are making the game run at stupid frame rates.

I uncap my FPS for all versions, yes 100-200 fps in Singleplayer isn't too bad but when ur playing mini-games with alot of people my FPS drops down to as low as 90, (I have a 144hz monitor) yeah ik Minecraft doesn't use the GPU alot, but my question is why when I play on Forge my Graphics card litterally  uses nothing.

If you have a 144 hz monitor then set your FPS cap to 144. Anything above it is just a waste of processor power.
