First I want to say that I am sorry for my bad english. But I have a problem with Minecraft Forge v1.7.10. I installed it and got a message "installed successfully" then I openend my launcher and wanted to look for the version Forge 1.7.10 but it was not there. So I installed it on the PC of my brother and sent Forge to my PC. Then I could chose the version Forge 1.7.10, but if I click on play, this Error message comes:

Name: forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1558-1.7.10.jar

Before I updated my PC to Windows 10 (I had Windows 7 before), Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 worked. For example Forge 1.8.- works even now after the windows update, but I do not know why 1.7.10 does not work. Please help me.
