HELP please

wheni try and launch my minecraft, it launches but nothing comes up after the luancher screen closes but if i try and launch it again it sya the app is running please help. but when i play without the forge it loads properly.

Post the FML log (logs/fml-client-latest.log in your game directory).

sorry iwas wrong anyway it just says not responding but ill try without the mods

probs important when i close it from not responding it says the java se platform is not responding

Again: you have mods installed. Remove them.

how, i asked if i needed to do anything extra but my mods folder is empty what else do i need to move

that line you put says must contain the files mentioned above which doesnt make sense if you want me to remove them also i've screenshotted it with prtsc how do i get that onto here

The log says those mods are still in the mods folder. The log doesn't lie, so those mods must be in that folder for the game to see them. We told you to remove those mods so the game can run without them.
