Trying to install Forge on 1.12.2 using the installer for 14.23.2.2611 but getting a black screen without any mods installed. Here is my log file:

Try disabling the loading screen as described in the EAQ.

1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.
