So, I got a problem when I try to start my forge server. Please find the error log in the attachments.

Here is some addition info:
1. OS - Windows 10 x64

2. .bat's content

@echo off
java -Xmx2G -Xms2G -jar forge_server.jar nogui
pause

3. Also my environment's variables content, to be sure that I'm not using java 9
User environment variables
JAVA_HOME - C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_161
PATH - C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_161\bin

Global environment variabled:

I've downloaded forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2611-installer.jar file
executed it, set radio button «Install server» to check, chosed an empty folder, pressed «Ok» button, after downloading and unpacking of libraries I just add the .bat file and run it

I renamed «forge-1.12.2-14.23.2.2624-universal.jar» to the «forge_server.jar» for my own convenience. Why is it matters ?
