Everytime i go to right click on the forge program to add optifine i can't seem to find the open with tab  i haven't been able to find answers anywhere else. Please help me.

    Optifine is packaged with the mod and the installer at the top level, if you want to use it with Forge then you just need to put it in the mods folder
