Forge server does not launch and with a bat file it gives a error for a split second

What the title says.. Server will not launch.. Vanilla one will tho

Nevermind. It didn't work i already had java 8. I just updated java 8 and it still does not work.

I really don't know what is confusing about this. You installed java, it lets you choose the path where to install it to...

Thing is i did not even change where i installed it to.

Completely removed java 8 and installed it again. Now it works
