Help!! Forge 1.7.10-10.13.4.1558 isn't allowing me to start a world!

Whenever I start any world in Minecraft 1.7.10-Forge 10.13.4.1558, it always flashes on the home screen and then says "Shutting down internal server", and then crashing. It is always bothering me because I have new mods to try out. Can someone please help me?
