Yes, create your own loading screen like forge does and then override forges.

but i dont know how can i please have some help will it require me to create my own version of forge or work with some config

You need to know java and you should be able to do it using a mod.

No, I have never seen anyone do that before. You will have to look through forges code and find where it renders the animation and then override it with your own.

Actually, I am wrong you may be able to change it using a resource pack as the gif is located at "minecraft\resources\assets\fml\textures\gui\forge.gif"

and if i dont want to use a texture pack would there be a way to do it client side and not client cosmetic side

When you say client side do you mean using a mod or just for your computer.

Go into the directory I gave you and change the file to the one you want and make sure it is named  forge.gif

i have no assets file though

plus im using custom main menu mod

It doesnt go in the mod pack it goes in the Minecraft resources folder. You said you only want it on your computer if you want it in the mod pack it's different.

well im trying to make a modpack so i created a minecraft save in the a separate folder and started making a modpack though there. Went i meant by client side is like included in the minecraft folder
