Minecraft Forge Crashes When I load a world.

I start Minecraft With Forge and it runs fine. I get to the main menu screen and then i start a  survival world. Then it loads for a while, and then it crashes. The mods i used were WorldEdit, BiomesO'Plenty, Mo'Creatures, and Twilight Forest. I have the latest java and 1.12.2 forge, and my jvm arguements are: -Xmx1250M -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M. My Crash Report is:

 I tried removing some of the mods, as other similar forge issues have stated, but it still crashes. Even  with no mods present it crashes with the same crash report.

There were no essential dependencies for any of the mods i used either. If anyone has any way to fix this please respond.
