Getting an EntityVillager's Career

Currently I have an item in the mod I am developing that does something when I right click an entity using the itemInteractionForEntity method.

 

If the entity selected is a villager, I want to be able to get it's career. I am currently at the point where I have casted the EntityLivingBase into a villager (if it is a villager). What I need help with is how to get the CareerID of the villager. I am able to use the getProfession() method and it works, but there is no getter for career.

 

I have scoured the internet for a solution, to no avail. Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

TL;DR: How do I get the career of an EntityVillager (something equivalent to getCareer())?

Thank you! I have never used reflection before, but I can definitely figure that out on my own.

 

Also, thanks for the info on deprecation. It is something I never ran into before.
