My Server keep saying "A fatal error has occured, this connection is terminated."

My minecraft server keeps coming up with a repetitive error every time that I try to join the server. Ill send a few paragraphs of the console including errors. I have 7 mods and my minecraft version is 1.12.2.

Also how do I get a complete log mcprohosting? I tried earlier but it was hours previous and I didnt know how to record a new one.
