Clay Soldiers - Missing texture

Hello!

 

I installed Forge today and everything worked perfectly. After installing Forge I also installed OptiFine, it also worked fine. Later I decided to try the clay soldiers mod as it seemed interesting. I put the jar file into the mod folder and it works, the only problem is that I can't see the images in the inventory and while I'm holding it. When I place the soldiers on the ground, they look like normal. Instead of the images it says: "Missing texture".

I've maybe missed something obivous but idk, I'm new to modding.

Could you please look into the CSM jar (with 7zip or watever archiver) and look if the textures are present? If not, redownload the CSM jar. If yes, then I'll look into it.

The textures should be under CSM.jar/mods/ClaySoldiersMod/textures/items

I think I know where the problem is. You have Optifine installed, which clearly states that it's currently not compatible with Forge!

Try 1.5.1. I heard it's out now, Forge 7.7.0.600 is compatible and my mods should be, too, since they use a new FML feature. Also Optifine should be compatible now with Forge .600
