Client Side Events

Im making a mod so when u kill a player it will spawn particles and i wont it to work on servers like hypixel but so far i cant get it working

this is my code

package scorpyon04.bloodeffect;

import net.minecraftforge.common.MinecraftForge;
import net.minecraftforge.fml.common.Mod;
import net.minecraftforge.fml.common.event.FMLInitializationEvent;
import net.minecraftforge.fml.common.event.FMLPostInitializationEvent;

And This is my event handler
