Black screen after updating, please help

Hi guys. I've been having this issue for about 2 days now and its getting really frustrating. I had just buildcraft and chococraft installed with MC 1.4.7, it was working fine. Then I updated to 1.5 and it wouldn't load anymore. I've tried everything and no results, no matter what I do or try to fix, it now loads, mojang logo appears and the quickly turns black. Please help me out, I NEED my MC dose STAT.
