Forge server don"t create itsel

Hey, I have a problem with starting up a server...

After downloading forge (MC version 1.7.10), I instal server forge into some folder...

In this folder there are 3 things: Folder "libraries", forge..., and minecraft server...

The forge file does nothing but on every youtube video, that thing have to create whole server...

Please help.

  when i try to enter my world i get the "Errors in currently selected datapacks prevented the world from loading" error and sometimes also "out of memory" error. please help heres the log https://paste.ee/p/Vao5c also i crash when i try to make a new world here is the crash report https://paste.ee/p/7sUao

  First, thank you for helping me find the mod issue. Second, disable damage debug in the general config either through a mod menu or your config folder located in the Minecraft folder
- Keep getting a crash and I can not find what does the crash (I have removed mutiple mods before getting here) pls help
