Minecraft Forge Not Detecting any Mods

I've recently tried to mod 1.12.2 with several versions of Forge, but none seem to work. I'm using a brand new computer with the latest version of Java installed. On my old computer, I had no problem modding the game at all. I feel as if I'm missing something. When I load the Forge profile, (with the version of the all mods and Forge profile matching up like they should) Forge does not seem to detect any mods. They are not displayed the game is loading up. I've also tried Re-installing the latest version of Java, but that didn't cut it either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

I'm afraid there isn't anything helpful in this log, and unless Minecraft itself never opens there will always be a log of some kind in the logs folder.

If you're running Forge there will be a debug.log in addition to the Vanilla latest.log

Thank you for your time, but I found out what the issue was. For some reason, I have two .minecraft folders and I was putting the mods in the wrong one. Now I feel dumb lmao
