[1.12.2] how to disable to spawn particle

Hello everyone.

 

I want to disable the "damage_indicator"  particle.

I tired it with event, but failed.

(I didn't find event about particle)

 

So, I tried to modify "spawnParticle()" method in World.class

but it's impossible. 

 

Help me to disable particle.

You said "it's impossible." about disable particles.

So I will try to find to disable particles with plugin.
