Getting error trying to use Oceano Shaders

I followed the directions for this shader pack. It is version 1.12.2/1.11.2 Oceano Shaders Mod. I installed Forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768. I then download the Optifine 1.12.2_HD_U_C6 dropped it in the mod folder. I downloaded GLSL Shaders mod v.2.7.1mc1.12. I then placed the oceano shaders mod into the shaderpacks folder then when I run Minecraft forge it crashes and gives me no info. Attached are the crash report and the FML log.

Please state exactly which shaders mod you downloaded. The GLSL mod has been updated by karyonix, it seems, thread here. But that has no version 2.7.1 and is also incompatible with Forge or Optifine.

Please state exactly which shaders mod you downloaded. The GLSL mod has been updated by karyonix, it seems, thread here. But that has no version 2.7.1 and is also incompatible with Forge or Optifine.
