Forge version wont appear in the select version menu of launcher options

Hello. I've been playing minecraft for many years now (since 2012). Not the entire time (stopped and came back many times), and now i came back to play since i got a new gaming computer (wanted to try shaders and such). So, by my long history of minecraft, i have a very good knowledge of installing mods (such as how to set up forge, optifine, liteloader, shaders and pretty much every mod properly). Or, at least, everything worked fine on my old computer (which was very very bad but i still managed to play and install mods). With this new computer, that is an I5-7400  3ghz, 8gb RAM, GTX 1050 2gb VRAM 128bits, i cant install forge. As i mentioned in the beginning, i know how to install it. I did it many times over the years and did it the same way now. I install it as it's supposed to be, but when i go to edit profile in the launcher and select version of minecraft, the 1.13.2-Forge wont appear. Forge does create a new profile named ''forge'', and in the profile editor tab it shows that it has a forge version selected, yet it doesnt create the forge version of minecraft for me to select in the profile editor. Meaning, forge is installed but wont load on minecraft launch (doesnt create mods folder either). The strange thing is: when i install optifine (using the installer, not extracting as i would if i had forge installed), it does create a new optifine profile with the 1.13.2-Optifine version selected on the profile options.

 

THINGS WORTH MENTIONING:

 

-Yes i tried to scroll all the way down and there is no 1.13.2-Forge version

-I have the latest 64bit version of java (my pc is based on 64bits)

-I use Shiginima Launcher v4.100 (as i only play sometimes over the year and singleplayer i didnt bother to buy an actual copy)

-Maybe it isn't related, but i'll say it just to be sure: when i try to download vanilla minecraft from Technic Launcher and MultiMC, they both fail to download. Every time i try.

-Also, when i install the Optifine E6 and use the version in launcher as shown, the game crashes and the logs mention something like ''warning: using incremental cms is deprecated and will likely be removed...", but E4 works fine

-I tried downloading some modpacks from technic and they worked, so why forge in my vanilla doesnt work?

Using a cracked launcher is illegal.

Buy the damn game.
