Using built-in launcher, nothing special here. Don't know the name, came with Minecraft. Updated Java to 8, downloaded fine. Tried to launch and...phewey. Just..ack. So...heres my crash report. Please, what on Earth am I doing wrong?

Mods were causing issues, uninstall then reinstall one at a time to check for compatibility

Likely an issue with a mod's version or some other setting in a "mods.toml" file. Ran into this yesterday with a mod using this setting:

version="${file.jarVersion}"
