Mekanism Digital Miner item duplication

I have an odd issue, any item in a digital miner inventory is constantly outputted without being extracted from the inventory itself. I've tried with Mekanism and Ender IO transportation and both keep the duplication occurring. Also, Mekanism logistical pipes attach to every part of the miner and not only the output ports. This glitch has never happened to me before on any other versions, and didn't occur until recently (I've used the miner on this version without this glitch occurring before). Can someone please provide some insight? Thanks.

 

I'm on Minecraft version 1.12.2 and forge-14.23.5.2781

1. Do not follow tutorials on YouTube, especially TechnoVision (previously called Loremaster) and HarryTalks, due to their promotion of bad practice and usage of outdated code.
