How to put custom skins on a server

Hello ! I am creating a custom launcher for a server (in offline mode) and I research, how to connect the skins put on the site to the launcher (for the server, not for showing it on the launcher). I look for a tutorial in french / english website but I can not find any tutorial or source code and I do not know which method used, ... The server will be in 1.7.10 and the skins & capes will be uploaded on the CMS mineweb PS : Sorry for my bad english, i hope you will understand :)

  I have been trying to get minecraft to work for awhile now, but it always crashes with exit code 1. I have tried looking for logs, but there doesn't appear to be any and I can't understand enough to figure anything out with the launcher logs. I will provide the launcher logs, if you need anything else let me know. Launhcer_log3.txt launcher_log.txt
