I haven't played Minecraft in a while so sorry if this is a noob question..


I absolutely love forge!!  and I love the mods that need it. I started adding mods to forge and the mods worked but it didn't include the updates from Minecraft. I couldn't see any of the reefs etc..  

My goal is to play with the updates and play with my favorite mods. Can i do this with forge and if so how?

Every mod is for a specific Minecraft version.

Download mods for the version you want.

1. Do not follow tutorials on YouTube, especially TechnoVision (previously called Loremaster) and HarryTalks, due to their promotion of bad practice and usage of outdated code.

2. Always post your code.

3. Never copy and paste code. You won't learn anything from doing that.
